Cancellation & Refund

At Karthikeyan Analysis, we aim to provide quality educational materials and learning experiences through our books and online courses. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we’ve designed a transparent and fair refund policy for our customers.

For Online Courses (Live & Recorded Classes):

Cancellation before course start:

If you cancel before the course start date, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation after course start:

If the course has already begun and you have attended less than 25% of the sessions or accessed limited content, a 50% refund will be issued.

If you have attended more than 25% of the course or completed recorded lessons, no refund will be processed.

Technical issues:

In case of technical issues preventing course access (on our side), a full or partial refund may be considered after verification.

For Physical Books:

Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the book has not yet been dispatched.

Damaged/Defective Books:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.

No refund will be issued for books returned without prior approval.

Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
